The first appointment is an intake consult: a full session during which, depending on the support needs, directly applicable tools may be offered. This introductory meeting, as well as subsequent consultations, provides an opportunity to jointly explore what is helpful and whether the support provided by this practice aligns with the needs. The number of follow-up consultations and evaluation moments will be determined after the intake (see also the general terms and conditions). Follow-up consults are goal-oriented, tailored to the needs and desired outcomes, and make use of one or a combination of methods, such as:
- TIST (Trauma Informed Stabilization Treatment)
- EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)
- Flash technique
- Brainspotting
- Somatic therapy
- DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)
- (I-)CBT (Inference-Based) Cognitive Behavioral Therapy)
- ERP (Exposure Response Prevention)
- Regression- and Hypnotherapy
- (Family)constellations
- Voice dialogue
- IFS (Internal Family Systems)
- IFIO (Intimacy from the Inside Out – couple therapy based on Internal Family Systems)
Psychotherapeutic treatment can be either short-term or long-term. The duration depends on the specific needs, the desired situation, and the nature of the concerns. The frequency of consults varies from person to person, but especially in the early stages, it is desirable to schedule weekly or bi-weekly sessions. This supports the progress of therapy and ensures that insights continue to evolve under the guidance of the consultations, contributing to cumulative healing.
There are two ways in which consults are scheduled:
Clients with a regular weekly treatment plan have clearly agreed fixed weekly consultations. Clear arrangements have been made regarding the frequency and continuity of contact.
Clients without a clearly agreed regular weekly treatment plan can schedule a consult based on availability in the practice calendar. Available consults are offered for the next two weeks at a time. This may include occasional weekly appointments, bi-weekly appointments, ad hoc appointments, or single session. Earlier contact or previous consult(s) does not guarantee ongoing priority, immediate availability, or the possibility to schedule a consult at short notice.
An online consult lasts 60 minutes, including logging in and out. A consult in-person also lasts 60 minutes, including arrival and departure. A longer consult can be scheduled by mutual agreement. For some treatment methods, a double consult is recommended.
Please refer to additional information.
Opening hours are by appointment only.
The practice cannot be reached by phone. You can get in touch via the contact form on the website. Messages will be responded to as soon as possible during working hours.
Please note: Until September 2026, the practice calendar is fully booked. From September 2026, occasional weekly or bi-weekly consults may become available again, depending on availability in the practice calendar. From January 2027, regular fixed weekly treatment plans can be started again.

This practice does not provide an urgent mental health crisis service and is not intended for acute support needs or short-notice consults when someone would like immediate support. Consults are always dependent on availability in the practice calendar.
